Scott E. Katzmann is a Vice President at Brookline, where he originates and executes private and public capital markets transactions for growth-stage companies. Since starting his career at Brookline in 2015, he has worked on a wide range of financings, with particular experience structuring and marketing private placements, PIPEs, and registered direct offerings. Mr. Katzmann works closely with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth investors to raise capital that supports company growth.
Mr. Katzmann holds a B.A. in English from Tulane University.
