Patrick A. Sturgeon

Patrick A. Sturgeon is a Managing Partner at Brookline, covering the firm’s public financing, private capital raising, secondary, and capital markets advisory business lines. On the public side, he focuses on Brookline’s SPAC work, primarily underwriting SPAC IPOs and advising SPACs on their business combinations. Before joining Brookline, Mr. Sturgeon was a Managing Director at Axiom Capital Management, and he spent roughly a decade at Freeman & Co. advising on M&A in the financial services sector. Throughout his career, he has gravitated toward growth companies, particularly in financial services, technology, and healthcare.

Mr. Sturgeon holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University.
