Michael Fontaine

Michael Fontaine is a Managing Partner at Brookline, where he oversees Equity Capital Markets and Syndicate. He joined the firm from BTIG, where he was Head of U.S. Equity Syndicate. Before that, Mr. Fontaine was a Director in Corporate Underwriting at Lazard Capital Markets, managing the firm’s IPO, follow-on, CMPO, ATM, and high-yield transactions, and he spent five years at Deutsche Bank and three years at Credit Suisse. He began his career in Middle Market Institutional Equity Sales and Trading at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Fontaine holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Furman University and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
