Charlie Mather

Charlie Mather is a Senior Managing Director at Brookline, focused on the firm’s public financings and capital markets advisory business. He joined Brookline from Truist Securities, where he was a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets. Mr. Mather’s earlier roles include Managing Director and Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at BTIG; Head of Private and Alternative Capital and Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at Janney Montgomery Scott; Head of the Structured Equity Group at Jefferies; and several senior investment banking positions at Cowen, including Co-Head of the Private Equity Group. He has led financings for companies that brought important drugs and devices to market, including DefenCath®, LungFit®, MYDCOMBI®, TREANDA®, XTANDI®, and ZYTIGA®. Mr. Mather serves on the Board of Directors of a private family office. He was Chairman of the Board of Eyenovia (now Hyperion DeFi, NASDAQ: HYPD) until June 2025 and served on the Board of The Finance Company of Pennsylvania until August 2017.

Mr. Mather holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
